"So what exactly is coaching? How is it different than therapy?" I've heard this question a time or two and want to share a perspective.

Think of any sport you love, there is a coach there, teaching you the basics of the game, teaching you specifics of a position, giving you tools and skills to excel, and cheering you on as you grow.

Life coaching is very similar, but we are in the game of life! A coach helps you seek out solutions, asks questions along the way, and provides you tools and skills to excel and feel confident! If this sounds like something you want to experience, please message me! I would love to be your coach and support you through this, at times, wild ride of life!
