CHELSEA Estate Sale - This coming Saturday and Sunday from 9am-4pm.

$5 ENTRY FEE SALE ITEMS: Here are the Rules and the items available! Bring all your $5 bills for entry! Plenty of items to collect and carry out. If you know you want furniture bring a friend to the sale to carry it over the threshold. Yes! You may bring bags! We encourage it! We will have a tent outside with a hold table if you want to put items down and pay $5 again to re-enter again. Or put the items in your car and head back again!
