One shared login can erase your audit trail.
When everyone uses the same POS or back-office credentials, it becomes harder to identify who issued a refund, changed settings or exported a report.
PCI DSS calls for unique user IDs. Shared or generic accounts are restricted to exceptional circumstances and must be tightly managed.
