Reasons you should NEVER buy a vending machine BEFORE securing a location: ⚠️⚠️⚠️

1. Vending machines are big and unless you have a storage unit you will have no place to store your machine until you find a home for it. (Can you imagine trying to get a vending machine in your home? And then back out? 😂 )
2. You’re not making money if your vending machine is sitting in your living room.
3. The vending machine you purchase may not fit the location needs.

Before i started my vending machine business here are the steps I took in order to ensure this was for ME.

Step 1: Research, research & then do some more research 🧐 in order to achieve success and longevity in your business you must build a sturdy foundation and that comes from market research.

Step 2: Honestly y’all do i really need to explain this?😅You must save your coins and allocate for costs other than just products and the actual vending machine. Financial considerations include business permits, commission, coins, moving equipment, marketing etc.

Step 3: Be real with yourself. Is the vending business something you are really ready to commit to?

Never seen a post so relatable. One thing about me is I overthink…… a lot. All of December 2019 and January 2020 I sat and thought of every reason as to why I couldn’t start my own vending business. I didn’t know much about vending and was so afraid of starting a business of my own. But, I knew I needed more. February 2020 came around and instead of living life with what if’s, I became the girl who just went for it. Excited to see the many blessings that will come in 2021 for DKWVending LLC. There are many factors to consider when starting your vending business such as spending money on products, different marketing tools, cold-calling and getting rejected from 15 different locations, figuring out how you are going to transport your machine, repairing your machine when it stops working all are part of the process. The process is not easy however, the reward is well worth it.

convenient for those who don’t carry cash.

Tip 1: Before you approach a business or organization about placement, make sure you have your business proposal. It’s professional and provides a visual representation of who you are and what you can provide.

Tip 2: Providing locations with a customer product interest form ensures that their needs will be met. You don’t want to assume what your customers want. That’s how you lose money & that’s a problem🙅🏾‍♀️
