I've had a really tough time finding anything worth writing about in the last few weeks, and Perimeditate has gone dormant. But the universe has a way of giving you topics if you think you don't have anything to say. Perimeditation Session 04 - Vesper will be out in a few days, as soon as my spirit will allow it.

Today was WILD! I was planning to release Session 01 - Marrow tomorrow. But then I went to see Backrooms with my son, Levi, and suddenly it was all connected, in the most deliciously mind meltingly accidental way. I hope you listen. I hope you read the piece attached. And I hope you share it with a friend or two. And if you know Kane Parsons, tell him thank you. My brain is now a potato, and I’m signing off for the night! Whew!

I am wrapping up the music portion for the next Perimeditation. Influences include Nick Drake, Andrew Bird, and Damien Rice. It’s Cello rich goodness! The binaural frequency will be 396 Hz - the Solfeggio frequency connected to liberating guilt and fear, and the tone will be 4 Hz, in the delta range, and associated with our most primal safety states. Session 01 - Marrow drops on Sunday! Here’s one of my favorite Damien Rice songs as a teaser
