I spent yesterday connecting with some amazing women. I have learned so much! So many gems to implement. We've had some belly laughs, shared about vulnerable moments and set goals to reach our dreams! and shared

It's member appreciation week at ! And I NEED to share how much I appreciate the staff. We have really been struggling with Annie ( our 4yr old). She put her face under the water and decided she was done swimming. We tried everything to get her back in the pool candy, toys, and more!!!

Haley ( pictured), also the assistant manager, suggested a class with fewer swimmers during the day and an open swim right after!

We tried this and friends!!! Annie went from eating snacks by the pool to being in the pool!!!

We even played in the pool together to get her over the fear. I cried a little.

****mommy also got over the fear of putting a swimsuit on. It's been a long time. I still have a ways to go on my comfort level, but I did it. 💕

Today my sassy girl turns 7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gabriella is FULL of personality! And she loves hard and plays even harder. She is a natural-born celebrity. She amazes me with her intelligence and love.

She is thoughtful and kind and so much fun!! A full fireball!!!!!!!!!
