Every detail matters — from the blind-baked all-butter crust to the silky lemon custard and hand-piped toasted meringue peaks.

At Andrea K & Co, dessert is more than something sweet. It is artistry, tradition, refinement, and experience brought together by hand.

All pies are baked in a glass Pyrex dish, as taught by my Grandmother, Mrs. Annie M. McCray (1922-2010); the deep dish is my spin. She would roll over in her grave if I baked in anything less. The dish is your keepsake.
