Privacy and confidentiality are the most important issues when obtaining financing, especially when leveraging your real estate. I do not broadcast term sheets to other brokers or consultants. I work with a limited number of highly flexible bankers and private lenders who trust me as to what financing deals I bring to the table.
Being fluent in multiple languages helps me bring a level of trust to those clients wishing to invest or finance real estate. I am available to answer their questions as well as answer the questions of my cadre of bankers and private lenders.
