💫 If you can't tell from my makeup and the kawaii type of posts, I love anime and cosplay and dress up. I actually realized that bc of boy drama, work drama, and trying to get this business up and running, I've neglected that side of me. Gotta get back to it though...⁣

Luz's Story: She had mostly been working with her dad in the past,so she didn't have much experience other than that and her current job that she can't stand. Over the course of two weeks, I helped her to quantity all of her accomplishments to (a) bulk up her resume and (b) show employers that just bc she doesn't have as much experience doesn't mean she doesn't have any.⁣
⁣
Within a week of finishing her resume with her, she had an interview. Luz and I will continue to work together to help her build up her confidence in interviewing, but at least she was able to see that she is, in fact, a capable woman in her field.⁣
