Help us congratulate Officer Zackery for being recognized as Officer of the Month!

During an overnight patrol, Officer Zackery was approached by a distressed parent searching for a missing child. Without hesitation, he began searching the surrounding area and continued toward a nearby wooded area, where he located the child. Zackery remained with the child until local police arrived, helping ensure their safety and well-being.

His quick response, vigilance, and compassion made a meaningful difference during a critical situation. Thank you, Officer Zackery, for stepping up when it mattered most.

Leadership Summit 2026 was all about growth in action.

Signal owners came together to gain practical strategies, share ideas, and build plans for the future. From strengthening operations and developing talent to identifying new opportunities for growth, attendees left with actionable takeaways designed to make an immediate impact.

Now it's time to put those ideas into action. Here's to the next 90 days of growth across the Signal network.

What are your top 3 goals for the next 90 days?

During Leadership Summit, we partnered with Chariots4Hope to surprise Dana, a wonderful single mother of three, with a vehicle.

For Dana, this vehicle means more than reliable transportation. It means peace of mind and a greater sense of normalcy for her family. She now has dependable transportation to get to her full-time job, and her oldest daughter no longer has to ride the city bus alone to school.

A special thank you to the Signal of Fort Myers and Naples, FL team for generously donating their decommissioned patrol vehicle to make this possible.

This is what is all about – showing up for our communities and making a meaningful difference. 💙

Congratulations to Supervisor Christian on being named Hero of the Month!

During a routine spot check, Supervisor Christian noticed an active fire alarm. He immediately sprang into action, working alongside an officer to locate the source, contact 911, inspect the building, and help residents evacuate safely.

His quick thinking, leadership, and coordination with emergency responders helped prevent the fire from spreading, protect residents, and support post-incident recovery through damage assessment and documentation.

Thank you for going above and beyond when it mattered most. Please join us in congratulating Supervisor Sanchez on being named Hero of the Month! 👏

THE SIGNAL DIFFERENCE: OWN YOUR TERRITORY.

You invest in building your business. You shouldn’t have to worry about another franchise opening right across the street and competing for the same customers.

With Signal, your franchise comes with a protected territory, giving you the space to build your customer base without the threat of another Signal franchise being placed right on top of you.
Your territory. Your customers. Your business.

While some franchise models can allow locations to be placed close together, Signal gives franchise owners defined territory protection designed to give you room to grow.

Because when you’re building a business, you should know what you own and who you’re competing against.

Own your territory. Own your future. Join Signal.

The holidays bring packed events, tree lightings, pop-up markets, and after-hours shopping crowds — and every one of them deserves the right security plan. That's why our team is available for event-specific holiday coverage this season: trained security officers on-site for the events that matter most, tighter scheduling, and closer coordination with every location we serve.

Whether it's a holiday launch event, a weekend rush, or an evening in-store promotion, our goal is simple: give our customers peace of mind so they can focus on the season, not the "what ifs."

Here's to a safe, secure, and well-covered holiday season for every event.

Successful home coming weekend of event coverage with our partners at Lane College. We conducted a mobile patrol of the football stadium area in advance and during the homecoming football game. We also provided post game coverage on campus. Thank you to Lane for partnering with us.
