Watching Rowynn Helm grow in her faith over the years has been one of the most beautiful things to witness. From her high school journey to standing on the edge of graduation, her walk with Christ has been steady, intentional, and deeply rooted in listening to God’s voice.

Rowynn isn’t just talking about faith — she’s living it. She’s saying “yes” to God’s plan, even when it requires courage, trust, and stepping into the unknown. Her heart for others and her desire to serve is such a reflection of Christ’s love.

If you feel led, supporting her GoFundMe is more than helping fund a trip — it’s helping send a young woman on mission to love, serve, and share hope with others. Every prayer, every share, and every contribution helps fuel what God is doing through her life.

So incredibly proud of you, Rowynn. Keep listening. Keep trusting. God is already doing something amazing through your obedience. 🤍

I have zero regrets about my past.
Not because it was easy… but because it was necessary.

Every road I walked, every season I survived, every lesson I learned was part of the journey God designed for me. Nothing was wasted. Nothing was random. Even the hard parts shaped my strength, deepened my faith, and refined my heart.

I don’t reflect with shame—I look ahead with gratitude.
Because I know the same God who carried me through yesterday is already preparing the beauty of tomorrow.

Your past explains you.
But your future should excite you.

God didn’t bring you this far to leave you here.
What’s ahead is filled with purpose, peace, and promises still unfolding. 🤍

I want to share why I started using peptides, because this wasn’t a trend or a quick fix for me—it came from a place of pain, prayer, and doing my homework.

I have severe arthritis in both of my hands—bone on bone. I already had surgery on my right hand, and while the outcome was truly great and my surgeon was incredible, the reality is… my other hand now needs surgery too. And if I’m being completely honest, I just wasn’t ready—physically or emotionally—to go through another surgical procedure.

So I started researching. Reading. Learning. Asking questions. Looking for something that could help with inflammation, tendon repair, and healing—not instead of medical care, but as a way to support my body.

That’s when I came across BPC-157. Everything I found pointed to its potential benefits for inflammation, tissue repair, and overall recovery. After a lot of consideration, I ordered it from a reputable company and decided to give it a try.

I’ve been using it for seven days now.

This isn’t me saying it’s a miracle or that it replaces surgery. This is me choosing to explore every option available to take care of the body God gave me—wisely, prayerfully, and intentionally.

Sometimes healing isn’t about rushing into the next step…
It’s about listening to your body, advocating for yourself, and being open to new paths forward.

I’ll continue to share honestly as I go.

Potential benefits include:
Tissue Repair: Promotes healing in tendons, ligaments, muscles, bones, skin, and gut.
Anti-Inflammatory: Reduces inflammation and pain.
Angiogenesis: Enhances new blood vessel formation.
Gastrointestinal Health: Helps with ulcers, inflammation, and gut integrity.
Neuroprotective: Shows potential in nerve repair.

I have a consult with a functional medicine Dr soon and will share his thoughts with you as well!

When you see your child struggling, it’s a call to pause everything else and listen to their heart.
Not to rush them.
Not to fix it quickly.
But to be present.

Sometimes the most healing thing we can do is pull them away from the noise of the situation, sit with them, and try to understand what’s going on inside their little minds. Grief doesn’t just disappear—it lives differently in each of us, for as long as it needs to. And children carry it in ways that don’t always look like sadness. Sometimes it looks like anger, withdrawal, silence, or big emotions they don’t yet know how to name.

As parents, God entrusts us with the sacred responsibility of helping them heal—not by having all the answers, but by offering love, patience, and a safe place to land.

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”
Galatians 6:2

Let’s be the calm in their storm. Let’s choose connection over correction. And let’s trust that God is working in their hearts, even in the quiet moments when we simply sit and listen. 🤍

Change can feel uncomfortable, uncertain, and sometimes even painful. In the hardest moments, we pray for relief, for clarity, for things to go back to the way they were. But God doesn’t just restore — He redeems.

I’ve learned that some of the worst seasons are actually the soil where faith grows the deepest. We pray with limited vision, but God answers with unlimited purpose. What we ask for is often small compared to what He already has planned.

Even when it feels like loss, delay, or heartbreak, God is still working. He’s rearranging, refining, and preparing us for something better than we could have imagined. His answers don’t always look like what we expected — but they are always exactly what we need.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
Jeremiah 29:11

If you’re in a season of change, trust this: God’s plan is greater than your fear, greater than your prayer, and far greater than anything you’re leaving behind.

Our children grow through so many stages — and with every age comes curiosity, change, and a desire to understand the world around them.

As they grow, they will experiment. They will test boundaries. They will make choices that make us pause, worry, or even feel afraid for them. But in those moments, what they need most is not shame — they need safety. They need to know they can come to us without fear.

I never want my children to feel scared to talk to me or feel like they have to hide parts of their lives. An open heart and listening ears matter more than immediate reactions. Yes, there should be consequences. Accountability is important. But consequences should teach, not terrify.

In a world where social media often makes poor choices look exciting, harmless, or “cool,” our role is more important than ever. We can’t guide our children if we shut them down with anger or judgment. Yelling closes doors. Listening opens them.

When we choose calm over chaos and conversation over condemnation, we show our kids that home is a safe place — a place where mistakes become lessons and honesty is always welcomed.

Let’s raise children who trust us enough to tell the truth, even when it’s hard. Because guidance only works when connection comes first. 🤍

Stepping into this new year with a full heart and open hands. Grateful for all that the last year taught us—the joy, the challenges, the growth, and the grace in between. Every season shaped us, strengthened us, and reminded us what truly matters.

As we welcome this fresh beginning, my prayer is simple: more faith, more love, more patience, and more moments that slow us down enough to see the blessings right in front of us. May this year be filled with laughter around the table, peace in our hearts, courage to trust what we can’t see yet, and gratitude for every single day we’re given.

Here’s to new beginnings, renewed hope, and walking confidently into what God has prepared for us next.
Happy New Year

When the ones who used to be little start playing with the new littles, you see it so clearly—
family doesn’t stay the same… it evolves.

Year by year, roles shift.
Tiny hands grow strong.
Little voices become guiding ones.

They grow up so fast, and before we know it, the new babies are watching everything—looking up to them, learning from them, believing in the magic they see reflected back.

Teach your children to mentor with faith, to protect innocence, and to lead with gentleness.
The wonder they once carried is now a gift they get to pass on.

“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.”
— Hebrews 10:24

This is how faith lives on.
This is how family grows.

Christmas has gently come to an end, and the quiet that follows feels like a deep breath we didn’t realize we needed.

The slowing down… the family dinners that lingered a little longer, the late nights talking, the mornings without rushing, the laughter that filled our home—this season was the reset our hearts needed. Not just rest for our bodies, but restoration for our souls.

There’s something sacred about stepping away from the noise and being fully present with the people God has placed right in front of us. No schedules. No pressure. Just time—real, meaningful time—together.

As we shift our eyes toward 2026, I’m carrying this peace with me. The reminder that when we slow down, we hear God more clearly. When we prioritize family, everything else finds its place. And when we rest, we’re better prepared for what’s ahead.

Here’s to starting 2026 refreshed, grounded, and full of gratitude—for family, for faith, and for the quiet moments that reset our hearts and realign our priorities.

If you are ever given the chance to impact someone’s life—take the risk.

I was recently placed in a position where I could have stayed comfortable… or stepped forward in faith. And I’m so thankful I chose faith.

Not every opportunity comes with clarity. Sometimes it comes quietly, wrapped in uncertainty, asking you to trust more than you understand. But I truly believe that when God places something—or someone—directly in front of you, it’s not by accident. It’s an invitation.

An invitation to trust the prayer you’ve been praying.
An invitation to trust His will over your fear.
An invitation to be used for something bigger than yourself.

“And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.”
— Galatians 6:9

Take the risk. Say yes. Step forward even when your hands shake.
God doesn’t put you in positions to fail—He places you there to make a difference. And when you trust Him, that difference reaches farther than you’ll ever see
