Ever notice how the most uncomfortable seasons are usually the ones that grow us the most? 🐚

This week's Weekly Wisdom is inspired by an unlikely teacher: the hermit crab. Watching them on the beach reminded me how much we resist the very thing that helps us grow - change.

Leadership (and life) asks us to keep shedding what no longer fits, even when the old shell feels safer.

This week's Weekly Wisdom is a personal one. Our actions reflect our values — and I value family.

Starting now through Labor Day, three days a week you'll find me at "Camp Grammy," soaking up time with my two-year-old grandson. That means being present (less tech, more us), being flexible (rain boots and puddles count as a plan!), and being curious (right now, that's throwing balls anywhere Grammy says it's okay 😂).

These small choices reflect a big priority. Because leadership isn't just about how we show up at work — it's about how we show up for the people who matter most.

So here's my question for you today: do your actions reflect your values? Where can you be more present, more flexible, and more curious?
