Green notices are back - we received many replies to the emails sent this morning requesting we start this again.
This is homeowner led, notices are attached to homes notifying homeowners of potential violations before a more formal process starts.

Homeowners with the nice weather finally here couple reminders, especially with newer homeowners and tenants in the neighborhood:

Pressure Washing notices have been sent out
Basketball goals cannot be on the road (right of way, this is STATE LAW)
Boats/trailers/utility trailers cannot be parked in the driveway, must be behind the front of the home
RVs/campers must be parked behind the home
Grass AND weeds need to be maintained
Vehicles must be parked with all 4 tires off the road
Swaleways must be maintained for state compliance (Aqualis will inspect)
Trash in front yards/toys in front yard must be cleaned up

If your home is managed by a property manager you are responsible for your tenants

Information has been sent directly to homeowners.

Apologies but the meeting has been cancelled for today. One of the board members has a family emergencies. We will still be meeting to prepare for the upcoming annual meeting, if anyone has any questions or would like to observe but this will not be an official meeting.

December 7th @ 2:30pm board quarterly board meeting. 214 Gladstine Dr. This is an OUTDOOR meeting, bring a chair. If the weather is bad it will be moved indoors. Agendas will be emailed out.
Topics will be preparing for the annual meeting and gathering interest for board positions for voting in January.

Homeowners please stop throwing trash and yard waste over your fences. The areas on Moss Creek/Shelmore and Gladstone/Moss Creek are privately owned by each homeowner. Essentially you are throwing your trash in someone elses yard.

The annual meeting for this Saturday at 7pm has been cancelled due to the weather. Being that this is an outdoor meeting, the temperatures are going to be too cold to host this meeting. Our current tentative date is February 8 at 7pm. Will sens emails out as well.
