Apologies but the meeting has been cancelled for today. One of the board members has a family emergencies. We will still be meeting to prepare for the upcoming annual meeting, if anyone has any questions or would like to observe but this will not be an official meeting.

December 7th @ 2:30pm board quarterly board meeting. 214 Gladstine Dr. This is an OUTDOOR meeting, bring a chair. If the weather is bad it will be moved indoors. Agendas will be emailed out.
Topics will be preparing for the annual meeting and gathering interest for board positions for voting in January.

Homeowners please stop throwing trash and yard waste over your fences. The areas on Moss Creek/Shelmore and Gladstone/Moss Creek are privately owned by each homeowner. Essentially you are throwing your trash in someone elses yard.

The annual meeting for this Saturday at 7pm has been cancelled due to the weather. Being that this is an outdoor meeting, the temperatures are going to be too cold to host this meeting. Our current tentative date is February 8 at 7pm. Will sens emails out as well.

These lands are privately owned and no rights for access have been given by the property owner.

Please refrain from accessing this area, the areas behind homes/fences and/or inbetween fences.

The HOA will be hosting an event on Friday December 20 @ 7:00pm for the neighborhood. Join us for hot cocoa. That evening we will be walking after and taking photos of homes with light displays for our annual Christmas light display. Photos will be put up for residents to vote on for the best display. Winner will be announced December 22.

Homeowners:
If you have an account online invoices have been emailed for the upcoming 2025 HOA dues. If you did not receive an email, more than likely there is no contact info on file and you will receive via postal service with options to mail in a check or drop one at a board members house. ****Note****
**The only way to make an online payment is with an account on the neighborhood website.
**HOA dues are not a part of mortgage escrow, these are the responsibility of the homeowner annually.
