Consistency isn't the finish line. Most people treat it like one.
I've watched teams run the same process for months, dead consistent, and still get nowhere. Why?
Nobody ever went back to check what was actually working.

If you built the process, measure it.
If someone else owns the measuring, verify it's happening.
If you're not actually committed to improving it, don't bother creating it in the first place.
10 things done poorly will never beat one thing done well.
That's true with or without AI in the mix. 10xing your output means nothing if it costs you effectiveness.
Small, measured improvements compound. That's how you actually drive results home.
