End of Summer Online Auction Online Auction Rules

1. To make a bid for the Online Auction item, enter your bid amount in the comment section of the item you would like to bid on.

Bids provided that are lower than the starting bid will be deemed void. Each subsequent bid must follow the minimum of $1.00.

2. Once the auction is declared closed - AUGUST 30, 11AM, the highest bid entered in the comment section before the deadline that adheres to the designated increment shall constitute the winning bid. In the event of a dispute, Liberty Library will act as the final authori

ty.

3. The winning bidder will be contacted, via Facebook message, to arrange payment (CashApp, Venmo, cash) and to arrange pick up or delivery of item(s).

4. Payment for items purchased must be made in full. We accept cash, CashApp, or Venmo.

5. If the item is left unclaimed for 48 hours, it will be offered to the next highest bid sold.

6. By bidding in the Online Auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules. Liberty Library reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the Online Auction. Auction item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges all items are “as is”.

7. Liberty Library provides no guarantees or warranties of auction items. Happy Bidding!!!
