Another set rebuilt top to bottom and tore to bare bones and cleaned then rejetted for mo powa baby guaranteed. Even clipped the springs for better throttle response she is gonna be a ripper.

Well i did 7 coats of clear because I know I will have to wet sand to get the glass smooth look. And 7 coats equals to 1 can of 2k clear I only bought 2 cans so will definitely need adleast 2 cans on the front fairing.

This is after 4 coats now letting it gas off and 2k clear coat next. Normally you want to wait 30 min to 1 hour before applying clear coats.

These 2 parts are almost ready for paint. Then moving on to the 2 lower side fairings with some deep scratches in them. These parts the first cowling I post and These 2 parts took around 50 hours alone to get perfect before painting there was alot of sculpting that went into broken off peices that I fabricated but the hard work will show great results.
