•LET’S TALK ABOUT HOW I PRICE MY CLEANINGS•

I just want to make this clear so there’s no confusion and, honestly, so I don’t waste your time or mine. 💛

I have a base pricing scale that I use as my starting point, but from there, I customize every quote to the individual client.

Why?

Because no two homes are the same.
No two families are the same.
And not everyone wants or needs the same kind of clean.

Some clients want extra attention in certain areas. Some areas may not need as much attention. Some people want a full deep clean from top to bottom, while others may only need maintenance cleaning. Sometimes we are focusing on one specific area, organizing and decluttering, tackling a neglected space, or getting a home back to a manageable place.

I have pricing for all of it. 🐝

When I give you a quote, I don’t just throw out a number and call it a day. I break it down for you in detail so you can fully understand what you’re paying for, what I’m doing, and what is included in your cleaning.

Whether it’s a:

✨ Routine/Maintenance Clean
✨ Deep Clean
✨ Move In/Move Out
✨ One Room or Specialty Clean
✨ Organization/Decluttering
✨ Kitchen or Bathroom Focus
✨ Vacation Rental/Airbnb Clean

Your quote is based on YOUR home, YOUR needs, and the condition of YOUR space.

My goal isn’t to be the cheapest cleaner you can find. My goal is to give you a cleaning service where you feel like your money was well spent.

I aim to go above and beyond every single time and give you my absolute best. I want you walking back into your home after I’ve been there and feeling like you can finally breathe. My goal is to leave you with the best of the best, so you don’t have to worry about anything except enjoying your home, cooking dinner, doing your basic everyday pick up, and living your life until I come back and take care of the rest. 🧽✨

Your home doesn’t have to be perfect before I come. That’s literally what I’m here for. So if you’ve ever wondered, “Why does my quote look different than someone else’s?” - that’s why!

🖤🐝💛 A Little Scheduling Reminder from Bizzy Beez Cleanz 🖤🐝💛

I never mind accommodating my clients. Things happen, schedules change, and I truly do my best to work with you whenever I can.

With that being said, I do ask that you please give me at least 24 hours’ notice when you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning.

As a small business owner, I schedule myself pretty far in advance, and my days are planned around my clients. When a last minute cancellation happens, that time has already been reserved specifically for you, which can leave me in a difficult position trying to fill that spot on short notice.

⏰ LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION FEE: $65

This also applies to last minute bookings. If you are booking a cleaning less than 24 hours before the requested cleaning time (when you’re needing it done), a *$35* last minute fee will apply. This is simply because I normally have to move some things around and adjust childcare so that I can make it possible for both of us. This is if you message/call/text the night before, requesting a cleaning for the next day or you message me the day of. 💛

I completely understand that life happens, and this isn’t meant to be punitive. I simply have to protect my time and my ability to keep my business running.

I respect your time, and I hope you can respect mine.

I LOVE all things fall, and even more so, I love all things SPOOKY… 👻🍂

Except the cobwebs. Those can stay far, far away.. and that’s where I come in.

And let me tell you… there isn’t a mess that scares me!
