Quiet time of year, but not idle.

Using the off-season to refine a few things for next year, updating offerings, tightening up the process, and making sure everything’s ready to go when the season rolls around again.

Last deer is officially gone.

Big thanks to everyone who trusted me with their harvest this season. A lot of long days, cold nights, and solid conversations along the way. Learned a lot and proud of how the work turned out.

I’ll be slowing things down for now, but I’m open to talking about limited custom cutting going forward. If it’s something you’re interested in, reach out and we can have a real conversation about it.

Five weeks ago, on a whim, I decided to dive into deer processing, scrambling to pull together equipment and systems right as hunting season was kicking off. Now we’re in the final week of the season, and I couldn’t feel more grateful for the trust placed in me by the hunters who’ve shared their harvest.

From boneless cuts to freezer-wrapped grounds, every beautiful animal offered a chance to learn, improve, and do meaningful work. I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity, the community support, and the experiences that came with it.
