Monthly meeting, homemade breakfast, and a table full of family. That’s how we do things at MBR. ❤️

We gathered at Mom and Dad’s house for our company meeting, because apparently raising a family wasn’t enough. Now they’re feeding the whole crew, too. 😂

Being a family business means everyone who works alongside us has a place at the table. You don’t need the same last name to belong here. Every person brings something to this company, and we’re thankful for the people who put in the work and help us take care of our customers.

And yes, our four-legged supervisor attended. Very little input on the agenda. Very strong interest in breakfast. 🐾

Training day at MBR! 📝💻

The team showed up ready to learn, grow, and sharpen our skills. Of course, our littlest supervisor came along to make sure everyone stayed focused. He took zero notes, offered no helpful feedback, and may have slept on the job…but morale was definitely up! 😂🐾
