We enjoyed spending time at the Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce Lunch & Learn today! Events like these are such a great opportunity to connect with other local businesses, learn from one another, and continue building strong relationships within our community.

And it’s always a bonus when we get to catch up with friends — especially the crew from Benchley Managed Services! 😊

Running a family business doesn’t always come with an OFF switch—especially on the weekends! ❤️💙

While the homemade spaghetti sauce is simmering with fresh garden veggies 🍅🫑🧅, we’re also fitting in a little training, learning, and continuing to find ways to grow and get better at what we do.

Because behind every job, every customer, and every day in the field is a whole lot of learning that happens behind the scenes too.
Sometimes family business life means mixing work and home together… quite literally. 😂🍝💻

But hey—if you can learn something new AND have homemade spaghetti waiting when you’re done, we’d call that a pretty productive Saturday!

🏡🎉 BIG CONGRATULATIONS are in order! 🎉🏡

Today we’re celebrating our fantastic Mitigation Team Leader, who officially closed on his FIRST HOME! 🔑🙌

We love celebrating the wins that happen outside of work just as much as the ones that happen on the job. Buying your first home is a HUGE milestone, and we couldn’t be happier for him!

And judging by the basket next to him, he’s already getting a little practice hauling around all the random things that somehow come with being a homeowner. 😂🧹🏠

Congratulations on the new house! Here’s to new keys, new memories, lots of exciting projects… and hopefully NO need to bring the mitigation equipment home from work! 😂💦

⛳️ What a BEAUTIFUL day for the Blue Goose Grand Rapids Golf Outing! 🇺🇸☀️

We spent the day out on the course representing MBR Restoration & Construction, meeting some incredible people, making new connections, handing out goodies and cooling wraps, and enjoying an absolutely gorgeous Michigan day.

And apparently we didn’t bring Jose, our General Manager, along just to work… 😂 He managed to sneak away from the booth long enough to hit a golf ball or two. We’ll just say his restoration skills may still be stronger than his golf game. 😉⛳️

Between the beautiful course, sunshine, wildlife wandering around, flowers, great conversations, and plenty of laughs, it was definitely not a bad way to spend a workday! 🦌🦋🌿

A HUGE thank you to Blue Goose Grand Rapids for putting on such a great event and to everyone who stopped by our booth to say hello. We loved getting to meet so many incredible people and make some new connections.

Of course, we came prepared with snacks, drinks, cooling wraps AND our Claims Emergency Cooler giveaway—because if there’s one thing we know, it’s how to respond to an emergency… even on the golf course. 😂

Days like today are exactly why we love getting out into the community. ❤️💙

Another week, another meeting around the table… because apparently running a family business requires more than just winging it and hoping for the best. 😂

We’re always learning, problem-solving, tweaking our processes, and figuring out how to do what we do better—for our team and, most importantly, for our customers.

There may be a few debates, a lot of opinions, and probably someone asking, “Wait… who was supposed to do that?” 🤣 But that’s how we grow!

🔨💦 Sometimes drying out a home means taking things apart first!

Jordan, our Mitigation Manager, is putting in the work getting this customer’s sink removed so we can access the affected area and start the drying process properly.

Water has a sneaky way of getting under cabinets, behind walls, and into places you can’t see. 👀 Simply wiping up what’s visible doesn’t always mean everything underneath is dry—which is why proper mitigation is so important.

And apparently today’s job description for Jordan included:
✔️ Mitigation Manager
✔️ Sink Removal Specialist
✔️ Professional Cabinet Wrestler 😂💪

It may look like we’re tearing things apart, but there’s a method to the madness! Removing what’s necessary allows us to find the moisture, dry the affected materials, help prevent mold and further damage, and get the home ready to be put back together.
