More leads don’t automatically mean more sales.
Here’s the math most coaches ignore:
You book 10 calls a week. 4 are qualified. 6 are not. You close 2.
That means you just burned time on 6 calls with people who were never going to buy. Time you could have spent on your actual clients. On your zone of genius. On the work that moves the needle.
The problem isn’t the number of leads coming in.
It’s the quality of the conversations happening before the call.
Because the real game isn’t on the sales call. It’s everything that happens before you ever get on the phone.
Are you attracting the right people with your content, or just anyone with a pulse?
Are your leads being nurtured and pre-qualified before they hit your calendar?
Are your prospects already sold on you before you say a word?
