Now THIS is a garage upgrade. 👀⛳

This massive three car garage in the beautiful North Carolina mountains is being transformed into an in law suite and golf simulator, and Mullins recently completed the spray foam insulation throughout the space.

Better comfort, better efficiency, and a pretty incredible place to work on your golf swing year round. 🏔️

Insulation with a view. 🏔️

These luxury condos in Boone, NC feature a lesser known insulation method called Blown In Blanket, or BIBS. A fabric mesh is installed over the open wall cavities, then loose fiberglass is blown behind it to completely fill the space around wiring, plumbing, and other obstacles.

Mullins is installing the BIBS system on this project with Foscoe Companies as the GC, helping these condos perform as well as the mountain views look. 👌

The Model Mill has always intrigued me.

I have driven by this building more times than I can count, so finally getting the chance to photograph it for my friends at Creative Masonry definitely scratched an itch.

Now home to Summers-Taylor’s headquarters, the historic Model Mill was transformed through a major renovation completed in 2021. Creative Masonry played an important role in bringing this Johnson City landmark back to life, and it was a lot of fun capturing the finished result 📸

The Nicewonder Hotel has to be one of the most beautiful spots in our area.

Every time I photograph this place, I find something new to appreciate. From the architecture to the views, it is the kind of location that makes photography easy.
