My name is Tierra Woods, I have been working privately for Chiropractors for the last 2 decades. My passion grew for the Chiropractic profession with seeing Patients doing what they love to do with less pain, all with the holistic approach of Chiropractic care. I was able to see the heartache that each Doctor I worked for, when it came to Insurance billing and reimbursement. They just wanted to do what they loved and wanted to focus on the Patients care, not worrying about which Insurance they had, what codes each insurance would cover and not cover, the time spent on the phone to figure out why a claim was partially or even fully denied, knowing which forms and records needed to be submitted to appeal the denial.
