As a former Association Manager for non-profit leadership organizations such as EWPB, Leadership PBC, Gold Coast Financial Planners, East Coast Estate Planners, CREW and the JTHS Realtors Association along with NPB Chamber, I have a passion for policy and client success! Working in those environments allowed me to understand so many diverse business cultures that it was an easy transition when i dedided to establish my own consulting firm. I now provide business development, government contracting how-to consulting, and social media relations strategies for those working in the manufacturing, accounting, and real estate fields.
My firm brings a half-century of experience devising the right strategy and solutions that clients need to excel in today’s marketplace. I consult with clients who are both acquring or selling their businesses and respond to inquiries regarding local, regional and state legislative and regulatory issues that affect business decisions and believe in actively involving my clients to be engaged on local and state issues to create a deeper emotional impression – and evoke action.
My services include accounting, tax preparation, media education on social platforms, campaign insight discussions as well as certification assistance in various specialty certifications required to do business in Florida such as SBE, MBE, DBE, WOSB, etc.
My firm works with manufacturing, architectural design and engineering firms, land planners, real estate interests, non-profit associations, and other specialty firms. My limited client group allows me to focus better and spend the time necessary to get results. I build long term relationships with clients thus enhancing trust and building and enhancing community reputations.
Among my recent achievements:Transitioning the new owners documents requirements from a family owned 35-year manufacturing business to a new type of ownership with its maze of licensing transfers, certification renewals, and pre-qualifications with major entities such as contractors, municipalities, local and state entities, airport authorities, hospital and healthcare entities, education institutions and other issues such as insurance certificates for former and current project clientele.
