Stirfry Recipe! 🥬🥕🥦🌽🌶️🫑🧄🧅🍄

•Ingredients- any vegetables! (I used peppers, onions, carrots and mushrooms), Any protein (I used tofu), I tsp ketchup, 2 tsp soy sauce (low sodium), 1/2 tsp sea salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or red chili flakes, Green onions, chili pepper 🌶️ & cilantro. You can also add garlic! 🧄
•Add corn oil to pan on medium heat, and toss in chili pepper & onions. Cook for a minute and then toss in tofu. Sauté until brown in color. After, add in vegetables. Add the seasonings and 1/5 cup water to steam. Leave for 3-4 minutes, and then add sauces. Sauté on high heat for another 3-4 minutes.
•You can add in noodles as well!

Tomato-stewed Fish 🍅🧅🐟
•Ingredients: Salmon fillet (sliced), lemon juice, freshly minced parsley& cilantro, garlic, fresh tomatoes, onions, ketchup, corn oil, salt, black pepper and chili pepper 🌶
•Heat oil on medium heat with garlic & onions and add in tomatoes. Sauté until tomatoes are soft.
•Wash salmon fillets with lemon juice and add into tomato base.
•Stir and add in minced parsley&cilantro, 2 tsp ketchup, salt, black pepper and 1 chopped chili pepper.
•Leave to cook for 10 minutes on medium heat! 🔥
•Garnish with chopped green onions! 🧅
