Exciting expansion progress continues at StoryPoint Senior Living in Kalamazoo!

Construction is moving along on a brand-new 21,000+ sq. ft. memory care neighborhood, set to open in October 2026.

This thoughtfully designed addition will feature 28 private apartments, inviting common spaces, and specialized programming tailored for residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory impairments.

We’re happy to help support this exciting project by providing portable restrooms throughout construction and are proud to play a small part in helping bring this important expansion to life.

Big things are happening in downtown Kalamazoo 👀

The enclosure of the new Kalamazoo Event Center is officially underway, and you can really start to see this project come to life. This 450,000+ sq ft facility is set to become the future home for WMU athletics, the Kalamazoo Wings, concerts, and major community events — all right in the heart of the city.

We’re proud to say PitStop of Michigan has been a part of this project from the ground up.

From early phases to ongoing construction, our team has been on site helping keep crews taken care of so they can stay focused on getting this done right.

Projects like this don’t happen without a lot of moving pieces — and we’re proud to support the contractors and crews building something that’s going to have a huge impact on Kalamazoo for years to come.
