The Kalispell 4 Biz to Biz chapter loves a little friendly competition!

Last week, we explored the world of insurance with Chris Cox, VP of Sales at Flathead Insurance with an insurance trivia showdown.

The Kalispell 4 Biz to Biz chapter recently went back to school!

CJ Finnical, our resident Wellness Consultant, broke down oxidative stress at a 5th-grade level. Proud to report that almost all of us kept up 😜

We learned how free radicals impact our cells and what that can look like in real life:

• Brain fog
• Fatigue
• Feeling run down or sleepy
• Accelerated aging and inflammation

The biggest takeaway: oxidative stress isn’t just “part of getting older.” Our daily choices can help prevent - and even reverse - some of this damage.

🥃 We wrapped up the presentation with a round of shots (hey, it was after 12pm!)… of Redox Molecules - tiny messengers that help cells repair, defend, and recover.

This was one of two solutions CJ shared that have helped keep her and her family healthy and active.
