In a sun-filled Paris apartment, twelve people prepared a five-course Christmas meal—without clutter, chaos, or extra gadgets.
One oven. A few pots. A handful of knives.

Watching a Parisian kitchen run effortlessly with less was a powerful reminder:
Clarity creates calm.
And calm is what every kitchen deserves.

We’ve been taught to believe we need more—more gadgets, backups, and “just in case” items.

Well, that was a 1st. See where the weatherman’s hand is? Right by the red zone? That was me. Luckily my client & I were already working in the basement. Sweet thing, she insisted I pull my car into her garage in case hail came w the tornado.
