Our message to every mom, dad and young son or daughter.

To you mom: Take care of yourself. We hope you get a real break today even if it's a quiet walk to a beach or lake or trail or a cup of coffee. Think godly and positive thoughts towards others. Avoid entertaining negative thoughts like envy/jealousy that can make you unwell. Speak life to yourself and your family. Pray for your husband and children.

To you dad: Your health matters. Take care of your body and mind. Listen to it. Slow down when you need to. Don't push yourself too hard. Work smarter not harder.

To you son/daughter: : Be strong and courageous. The world is on its perilous times. Stand on what is right and absolute truth. Surround yourself with godly friends while you're reaching for your dreams. Learn to listen to the voice of God. He is your good Shepherd. Have a quiet time. Stay active, eat home-cooked foods,and spend more time outdoors enjoying the nature.
