When we took over Junk King Kansas City, Kyle was on salary. We told him he could stay, but he was going back in the trucks on hourly pay.

That's a hard conversation. New house, young family, big pay cut. Most people walk.

Kyle didn't. He attacked it. He bought into the system, learned the sales side of the business, and earned his way into the GM seat the right way. Today he runs our Kansas City market, and his wife gets to stay home with Joanna and Theo because of the work he put in.

That's what we mean when we say we develop leaders, not employees. The reset isn't a punishment. It's the foundation.

We're growing across six markets, and there's room for people willing to earn it the way Kyle did.

Not a building with our name on it. Not a headline. It's the people who came up through this company and are better off because they did. The markets we left stronger than we found them.

It was a great time learning more about their brand, their people, and exploring ways our organizations can create synergy together. We are looking forward to building the relationship and what is ahead.

The Titan leadership team just wrapped up the Junk King Summit 2026 in Dallas.

Proud to see our markets Kansas City, St. Louis, and Austin bring home Top Gun honors. A reflection of the teams in those markets who continue to raise the standard every day.

Events like this are a great reminder of the strength of the Junk King system and the operators pushing the brand forward.
