We are pleased to welcome Meghan Goddard as the newest members of CCC of KC!

Meghan Goddard is a Commercial Sales Representative with MSI, specializing in flooring solutions for multifamily and commercial projects. She works closely with contractors, developers, and purchasing teams to provide solutions that balance performance, design, availability, and budget.

With MSI’s broad portfolio of flooring, tile, countertops, and hardscape products, Meghan helps customers value-engineer projects, identify new opportunities, and find the right product solutions for their needs.

A graduate of the University of Kansas, Meghan is proud to be a Jayhawk and enjoys spending time with her husband and their beloved fur baby.

It’s been an exciting week for the KC Chapter! We’re excited to welcome Jenna Scott to the CCC of KC Board!

Jenna Scott serves as Chief of Staff at the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, Missouri (EDCKC), where she works across organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and partnerships that help move Kansas City forward. Previously serving in business development at EDCKC, Jenna has built her career around connecting people, businesses, and resources to create opportunities for growth.

Jenna recently joined the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce’s Centurions leadership program as a member of the Apex Class of 2028. She is also a member of Top Gun, a Kansas City professional networking group, and has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City for the past five years. After four years of service on the JEDI Board, she now serves on the BIG Board and supports the organization’s RISE committee.

Outside of work and community involvement, Jenna enjoys staying active and is a regular at the gym, as well as an avid reader and traveler. She loves experiencing new places and cultures and is always looking for opportunities to grow and try something new.

Developers, Velocity Arts LLC is mapping out plans for a $1.55 billion entertainment complex in Gardner.

This past July, Velocity Arts filed a request to rezone approximately 214.5 acres west of Clare Road between Industrial Bypass and Interstate 35 for a mixed-use entertainment development.

Per the KC Biz Journal "Faith Technologies scores $240M in bonds for 1.4M-square-foot Olathe expansion."

Faith Technologies Inc. secured $239.8 million in industrial revenue bonds for Olathe expansion.

The company will build three climate-controlled manufacturing facilities totaling 1.4 million square feet.

The expansion is expected to create 1,000 jobs over the next 10 years.

This week, we are excited to announce a few new additions to the CCC of KC Board. With that, we are very excited to welcome Julia Fritzlen of Insight Investment Advisers as the newest Board Member of CCC of KC!

Julia is a Kansas City native and an Investment Adviser specializing in alternative investments, including Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs), oil and gas, Qualified Opportunity Zones, and other tax-advantaged strategies. She assists landowners, business owners, and investors in developing tax-efficient exit strategies.

With a strong analytical approach, Julia helps clients transition from active ownership to passive real estate portfolios, focusing on income, diversification, liquidity, and legacy planning to enable seamless generational wealth transfer.

Before her current role, Julia spent nearly a decade in the healthcare industry,
specializing in capital financing for large equipment procurement.

Julia is married to her husband, John. Together they have four children and a black Labrador named Gus. She actively supports her church and the American Heart Association. Additionally, she is a member of several local professional groups, including Women in Insurance and Financial Services and the Exit Planning Institute.

Outside of her work, Julia enjoys traveling, family time at the lake, running, skiing, and clay shooting.
