✨ Words of Wisdom Wednesday ✨

“God made two great lights, the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night.” – Genesis 1:16

This verse reminds us that even from the very beginning, purpose and placement mattered. The sun and the moon were both created to shine, but each in its own environment. Neither is lesser, neither is failing—they just serve their purpose in different spaces and at different times.

The same is true in the workplace. Everyone has their own light and their own environment where they can do great things. If you’ve been feeling stuck, unseen, or out of rhythm, it doesn’t always mean you’ve lost your drive. Sometimes it means the space you’re in isn’t allowing your light to shine fully.

Growth doesn’t always mean leaving what you know. Sometimes it’s about finding the environment that fits your purpose, where you can contribute fully, feel energized, and make the impact you were meant to make.

If you’ve been struggling lately, remember this:

Your light still matters. You were created to do great things, and sometimes a change in perspective or environment is all it takes to let that light shine again.
