ike most Virtual Assistants or Transaction Coordinators who were previously real estate agents themselves, PRESS founder, Brooke Mailler, comes to the table with a unique skill set fostered over a decade long career in the corporate and franchise management side of the real estate industry. A decade wherein her number one goal, every minute of every day was to figure out how to make the lives and businesses of real estate agents the very best they could be! After earning a BS in Marketing and a few years in the advertising industry, Brooke landed a gig as an Event Coordinator with Keller Williams Realty International in Austin, TX. Over the next 7 years Brooke grew over a few different titles and departments, finally landing back on the Events Team as their Associate Director of Event Operations. In that time, Brooke had the opportunity to learn from, work with and serve some of the most talented minds in the real estate industry. While loving her life in Austin with KWRI, it was time to make a move for her husband’s career. So off to Houston her family went. But not wanting to abandon her love of the real estate business, Brooke was fortunate to secure an opportunity at the largest Keller Williams franchise in Houston where she was able to continue supporting agents, now in a more direct, one-on-one relationship. Over the next three years, Brooke was able to serve 550 of the brightest in biz; starting first as the Executive Assistant to the office’s CEO, then with a short stint as the in-house Mortgage Officer w/ Citibank, and finally as the franchise’s CFO/COO. With a growing family and a strong entrepreneurial drive, Brooke took the next progression in her passion for helping real estate agents and founded PRESS. Believing that real estate is truly a team sport, it is Brooke’s vision that ALL real estate agents with the drive and dedication to making their businesses a success should have access to top-notch support players without breaking the bank.
