Hello, my name is Carly Rudesill. I found my love for dance 20 years ago and am so thankful to be able to continue doing what I love! With 10 years of coaching & choreography experience in top ranked studios and state champion school teams, I understand what your program needs from a choreographer and consultant. I want to work alongside athletes and coaches to make their gifts and talents shine t

hrough! My goal is to support and elevate all the hard work that’s already been done and help athletes and teams take the next steps to reach their full potential. I have a heart for these athletes, the coaches, and most importantly, a passion for dance.

This group of athletes is ‘to die for’. I can’t wait to see what they do with this piece as they make it their own in the upcoming months. The talent and work ethic of these dancers was amazing and I am so excited to see them bring this vision to life! What a PERFECT way to start the choreo season! ♥️🙌🏽✨

Many athletes know how the stress of their sport, school work, relationships, and time management can be overwhelming. Some stress is normal- constant stress, anxiety, or depression requires action.

Your mental health matters. Mental illness is real. Your feelings and emotions are valid. Don’t ignore or give up on your mental state. 🫶🏼

Everyone you meet is fighting a different battle, some are fighting it in their head. Be kind to everyone you encounter, you could save their life.
