launched two weeks ago, and I'm so very pleased and thankful for the response.

After a 20 year history of working on auctions, I'm excited to grow into other events too. This past year as I received my Project Management Professional certification, I realized I could help so many others in so many other type of events.

Hello, Supporters 😀

Stayed tuned here as 2022 is bringing in fresh changes. The Auction Advantage was impacted by COVID with in-person auctions cancelled for more than a year here in Washington. It's still my heart's desire to help non-profits to raise the money desperately needed to fulfill their vision and mission through auctions or other means. We will see how and who I can assist in years to come.

Going forth, The Auction Advantage will be falling under a more comprehensive umbrella of a business name yet to be finalized: [FOR]EVERGREENE Events or EverGreene Events. This forthcoming change allows the expansion of event services that can be offered by myself and team. With the successful completion of my certification in May as a Project Management Professional through PMI, I'm positioned to take 20 years of event experience into other realms.

One area of expansion is wedding planning assistance and day-of wedding coordinating, as my youngest, Heather Greene, is a successful wedding photographer. There is a great need. I'm proud to partner with Heather Greene Photography in 2022.

In all I do, as a person and entrepreneur, I strive for excellence, to make an impact, and create memories. It's exciting, so stayed tuned!

Stay tuned... we are currently updating TheAuctionAdvantage org website because there is 20 years of auction knowledge in me. And it pains me to see non-profit organizations go about an auction (online nowadays) with little info on how to make it succeed.

I've been a little under the radar of late. But my passion is still non-profit work and especially fundraising. I'm excited to be working with Eloheim Ministries to support their efforts on their first annual auction to be held April 2020.

I am very excited to assist at Christian Faith School's auction this Friday, along with Amanda Greene. It's been over 1.5 years since we have worked at an auction together.

If you are involved with or know any non-profit which needs fundraising assistance, I'm always happy to sit down for a couple hours to assist, at no charge. I've gained knowledge over the past 18 years to give away to help others.

I'm currently busy soliciting donations from local businesses for The Gathering House of Worship's multi-church women's event "God's Goodness in the Midst of Real Life" this coming weekend.

2018 will reboot some passions that were set aside for other priorities a few years ago. Last weekend The Genesis Project just held their auction raising another $100,000. I'm proud to see the fruit that still is produced from efforts I put in to help them begin an inaugural auction and get it going for the first few years. I want to go back to helping other non-profits begin their own auction fundraising.

It's been a different type of year for me this year, for my business. And auction fundraising as an whole has morphed and changed as everyone tries to maximize donated dollars. I just love the opportunity to help non-profits raise the money they find necessary to accomplish their mission and vision. In 2016, I hope the year will be full of business and opportunities to use my knowledge to be that help of raising more money and accomplishing more good.

I'm wrapping up 2015 with assisting at Rotary Club of Emerald City's Holiday Party and Auction again for the 9th year. It's been a privelege to work with this organization, which supports the education of young people.

Other organizations I've assisted, under the umbrella of Stokes Auction Group, in 2015 were:

~Jewish Day School
~Port Townsend Rotary Club
~Skagit Mount Vernon Rotary Club
~Tennis Outreach Programs

I'm currently meeting with organizations to discuss their fundraising goals for 2016. Plus, I'm excited for the new non-profits I'll get to assist this coming year with Stokes Auction Group as an Onsite Consultant.

Love what I do! Get to work the Make-a-Wish auction tonight with Stokes Auction Group. For kids with a terminal illness, tonight is about making a wish come true for them.
