Peppers & tomatoes are finally going into the soil this week! We canât wait for juicy heirloom tomatoes and roasted Calabrian chili peppers this summer.
Weâre about 2 weeks behind last yearâs schedule but these plants donât like cold roots, and our spring has been wildly unpredictable. Weâve waited until soil temperatures are consistently above 65° and now we plant!
Itâs easy to compare our crops to so many incredible farmers and feel behind, but weâre all just doing our best. Donât forget to stay hydrated when working in the heat! đŚ
