Most entrepreneurs don't have a revenue problem.

They have a time allocation problem.

You're spending 15-20 hours a week on $30/hour tasks while billing $200/hour for your core work.
That's not hustle. That's a $30,000+ annual mistake.

Want to see what doing everything yourself is actually costing you?

Take the free 15-Minute Delegation Audit. It calculates your opportunity cost and shows you exactly what to delegate first.

What got you to $100K won't get you to $500K.

At $100K, you can probably do everything yourself (if you're willing to work 60-hour weeks).

At $500K, that's impossible.

The skills that make you successful early (hustle, doing everything yourself, being the expert) become the things holding you back later.

Growth requires letting go.

If you're stuck at a revenue ceiling, the problem probably isn't your offer or your marketing.

It's that you're still operating like a solopreneur when you need to be operating like a CEO.

You might be CAPABLE of doing everything in your business.

That doesn't mean you have the CAPACITY.

Capable = you know how to do it
Capacity = you have the time and energy to do it well

Most entrepreneurs confuse the two.

Just because you CAN manage your own bookkeeping doesn't mean you SHOULD.

Just because you CAN design your own graphics doesn't mean it's the best use of your time.

Capability isn't the question. Capacity is.

Meet MJ. She has an obsession problem.

Any black and white squeaky toy becomes her entire personality. She won't eat without it in her bowl. She won't sleep without it next to her. She just carries it around crying all day.

It's not healthy. So we don't keep black and white squeaky toys in the house anymore.

You know what this reminds me of? Business owners who fixate on things that don't actually matter.

"I need the PERFECT website before I launch."
"I can't hire anyone until my systems are PERFECT."
"I need to figure out the PERFECT pricing strategy first."

Meanwhile, the business isn't moving forward. Revenue isn't growing. You're just... stuck. Carrying around your "perfect" obsession while everything else sits untouched.

Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is take away the thing you're fixating on and force yourself to focus on what actually matters:

Getting clients. Making sales. Growing revenue. Building a team.

Your business doesn't need to be perfect. It needs to be functional.

Stop crying over the black and white squeaky toy. There's actual work to be done. 🐕

I bought this because it was adorable.

Turns out, it's completely useless.

It makes one tiny egg. And that's literally all it can do.

This is exactly how a lot of business owners approach delegation:

They hand off ONE task. One tiny thing. And then wonder why they're still overwhelmed.

📧"I hired someone to manage my inbox!"
Cool. But what about your calendar? Your client follow-ups? Your social media? Your invoicing?

Delegating one task is like buying a mini egg pan. Sure, it handles that one thing. But you're still stuck doing everything else.

Strategic delegation isn't about offloading your biggest annoyance. It's about building a system where multiple tasks are handled by the right people.

That's the difference between:

🍳Saving 2 hours a week (one tiny egg)
🍲Getting 20+ hours back (an actual functional kitchen)

If you're not sure what to delegate beyond "just one thing," take the free 15-Minute Delegation Audit. It shows you exactly what's draining your time and how to build a real system.

No judgment. Truly.

Some people genuinely prefer doing everything themselves. And that's fine!

But if you're working 70+ hour weeks, drowning in tasks, and secretly wondering if there's a better way... maybe it's time to at least see what could be delegated?

The 15-Minute Delegation Audit shows you:

✨ What's actually draining your time
✨ What it's costing you in opportunity cost
✨ What you could hand off first

You don't have to do anything with the results. But at least you'll know what's possible.

Or don't. Keep your secrets (and your overflowing inbox). 😉

Before delegation:

❌ 60+ hour work weeks
❌ Constantly behind
❌ Nights and weekends consumed by work

After delegation:

✅ 20+ hours back per week
✅ Inbox at zero
✅ Actually having a life outside of work

This is what happened for one of my clients when she finally stopped doing everything herself.
The shift didn't happen by accident. It happened because she got clear on what was draining her time and what to hand off first.

Let's play a game.

Which of these tasks took up the MOST time for you this week?

A) Email and inbox management
B) Social media scheduling/content
C) Client follow-ups and communication
D) Admin work (invoicing, scheduling, etc.)
E) All of the above (send help 😅)

Comment your letter below!

And if you want to figure out what's ACTUALLY draining your time (and what to do about it), I made a free 15-minute audit that breaks it all down.

It takes less time than your morning coffee run, and you'll walk away with a clear plan for what to delegate first.

I'll never forget the moment I realized I was the bottleneck in my own business.

I was working 70-hour weeks, putting out fires, answering emails at midnight, and wondering why I couldn't scale.

The problem? I was spending 25+ hours a week on tasks that had nothing to do with growing my business.

Email management. Scheduling. Social media. Client onboarding details. All necessary, but not CEO-level work.

Once I finally delegated those tasks, everything changed. More revenue. More time. Way less stress.

If you're feeling stuck in the weeds, I created something for you.

It's a free 15-minute Delegation Audit that shows you:
✅ What's actually draining your time
✅ What it's costing you in lost revenue
✅ What you should delegate first

No fluff. Just clarity.

Your future self will thank you.

Meet the newest member of our team!

She doesn't answer emails, but she's teaching me an important lesson about delegation: some things genuinely require your time and attention.

Potty training a puppy? That's a me-only task (unfortunately).

But while I'm spending extra hours on puppy duty, my team is handling:

✨Client communications
✨Social media scheduling
✨Project management
✨All the tasks that keep my business running

This is what good delegation looks like. I can step away for puppy emergencies because I've built systems that don't depend on me being "on" 24/7.

If your business would fall apart during an unexpected life event (new puppy, sick kid, family emergency), that's your sign that it's time to delegate.

You can't outsource everything. But you can outsource enough that your business keeps running when life happens.

P.S. Her name is Luna and yes, she's already running the show around here. 🐾

Quick question: How many hours did you work last week?

Now, how many of those hours were spent on tasks someone else could have done?

If you're like most business owners I work with, the answer is probably 15-20 hours. That's half your work week spent on tasks that aren't growing your business.

I created a free 15-minute audit to help you figure out exactly what's draining your time (and what it's actually costing you).
It's fillable, so you can type right into it. No printing required.

You'll walk away knowing:
✅ Which tasks are stealing your highest-value time
✅ What your opportunity cost actually is (this one's eye-opening)
✅ Your delegation style and what to hand off first

Take the audit here: https://www.ditchingthe9-5.com/15-minute-audit

And if you complete it? Drop a 📊 in the comments. I'd love to hear what surprised you most.
