We recently laser leveled this indoor arena to create a smooth, consistent surface from wall to wall. Using laser technology allows us to maintain accurate grade across large areas and eliminate the highs and lows that can cause issues later.

Whether it’s arenas, building pads, driveways, or site prep, accuracy makes all the difference.

One of the more unique jobs we’ve been a part of.

We were hired by a fire investigation team to carefully demolish this burned structure as they worked to determine the cause of the fire. This wasn’t a typical demo job. Every step had to be controlled and methodical to preserve potential evidence and allow investigators access to key areas of the structure.

Definitely a challenging project, but we’re proud to have been trusted to assist in such an important process.

This is an Alternative Dwelling Unit (ADU) project we excavated in Centennial.

As you can see, this site had quite a bit of slope to work with. We had to carefully excavate and grade the property to bring the structure to the correct elevation for proper egress and site drainage.

Every property is different, and projects like this are where experience and precision matter most.

Dialed in and leveling up.

We’ve built an auto-level grading device that reads directly off a laser level and automatically corrects highs and lows as we grade.

That means tighter tolerances, smoother finishes, and a better end result every time.

Here’s a project we completed this week.

We were brought in to correct drainage and grading issues, including repairing the flow line, slopes, culverts, and drainpipes to make sure everything functions properly long term.

Unfortunately, situations like this happen more often than they should. Proper grading and drainage are critical, and when done incorrectly, they can lead to costly repairs down the road.

This project ended up costing the homeowner significantly more to fix than it would have to do it right the first time.

Quality work matters, and attention to detail makes all the difference.
