🌱I started working with the owner of (a dear friend!) a few years ago on a single, small project. Since then, our work together has evolved into something I’m incredibly proud of: partnering to create and implement the full strategic vision for her growing practice.

It’s been a journey of moving from getting things done to dreaming big. I'm excited for what the year holds for Bloom and look forward to seeing how I can help make the dream a reality! ✨

Our staff and clinicians came together to start the new year with intention, reflection, and connection. 💛

We opened our meeting with a simple but meaningful question: What lights you up? At Bloom, we believe our best work happens when we’re aligned with our strengths and passions... not when we’re chasing perfection.

We asked our Bloom team members to reflect on what our values are and what excellence looks like in action. Throughout this quarter, we’ll be sharing their voices and perspectives as part of our Q1 theme. ✨

To kick us off, here’s what our Business Manager, Gretchen Haist, shared:
"To me, excellence looks a lot like listening. ☕ Whether it’s over coffee or in a meeting, taking the time to truly connect is the foundation of my work at Bloom. While much of my role happens behind the scenes, I believe that bringing my best self to my relationships with the team is where the real value lies. I’m so grateful to work alongside such amazing individuals who do so much to support our clients."

We’re excited to continue growing together, supporting one another, and serving our community in ways that reflect what matters most. 💫
