If you have Claude Max, you get up to $200 a month in credits for the Agent SDK, agents and the API, and you only get them once you claim them.

It's $200 on Max 20x and $100 on Max 5x, and each month's credits expire at the end of that billing cycle. They don't cover your chats, Cowork or Claude Code. If you don't write code, you can still spend them in the Console's Playground, testing a prompt before you build anything.

To claim them, click your profile, then Billing, and choose "Link organization" under API credits. If you don't have a Claude Console account yet, you can create one in that step. New subscribers can claim after seven days on the plan.

On a Team plan? You get credits too, and only an owner can claim them, from Organization settings, then Billing.

Is there an email sitting in your drafts? Here's what to ask Claude before you send it.

I have emails to my list sitting in mine too. I didn't want to bother anyone. Then a friend asked me on a call what I'm doing for the people already on my list. My drafts can't help anyone while they sit in my folder. I love helping people, and I can't help them if I never write. So today I wrote to my list.

Open a new chat in Claude, paste your draft in, and ask: "Does anything here read like a bother, what's unclear, and is it obvious what I'm asking the reader to do?" Make the changes you agree with, then send it. No draft waiting? Try it on the next email you write.

I set up a scheduled task in a Claude project to read my Google Calendar and unread email every weekday at 6 a.m. When I ran it, it put my 3 warm leads first because warm leads cool fast, then my referral project, then the Fast Help call I host at noon. The prompt: “Read today’s events on my Google Calendar and my unread emails from the last 24 hours. Then give me three priorities for today as a numbered list, one line each, with a short reason for each. Read only: do not send, reply, archive, delete or change anything.” To set one up, open the top-left menu and choose Scheduled, right under Artifacts. Scheduled tasks are on paid plans, and Gmail and Google Calendar need to be connected.

Paste your services page into Claude and ask it to turn each heading into a question a client asks, answered in the two sentences under it.

Then have it list every vague claim, and swap each for a real number from your business. Claude doesn’t know what you can prove, so check every number and promise yourself, and cut any you can’t prove before the page goes live.

Say one idea out loud to Claude, and three prompts turn it into five posts.

In the Claude phone app, tap the mic on the right of the message box, say the prompt from slide one and your idea, check the text, then tap the arrow. Stay in the same chat for the next two prompts. Under the last one, paste two emails you wrote, with client names taken out, so the posts match how you write.

Read each post before it goes out. Where your idea left a gap, Claude fills it with details you never said.

If you rewrite the same welcome email for every new client, Claude can save how you write it as a skill: saved instructions Claude follows.

Turn on Code ex*****on and file creation under your initials (lower left), Settings, Capabilities. Then in Customize (left sidebar), click + Add, then Create with Claude, and paste your best welcome email with the client’s name as [client name]. Answer Claude’s questions, then check the skill is on under Customize, Skills.

Next time, type “Write my welcome email for [client name], starting [date].”

Before you paste client work into AI, check the setting that controls whether your chats are used to train the model.

In Claude: your initials (lower left), Settings, Privacy, then switch off “Help improve our AI models.” In ChatGPT: Settings, Data Controls, then switch off “Improve the model for everyone.” From then on, new chats aren’t used for training.

For one sensitive chat, use Claude’s incognito chat (the ghost icon at the top right of a new chat) or ChatGPT’s Temporary Chat.

Each question a client asks you on a call can become a post.

Take client names and details out of your call notes, then paste the notes into Claude and ask: “List the questions I was asked.” Then: “Write three posts that answer them.” Keep the question list for next week’s posts.
