Diana Owens CEO of Owens & Associates LLC
Diana was a first time small business owner, as she was an employee in the timeshare industry for 15 years.
Timeshare was just one of her many services, she owns a paralegal firm that works for attorneys and document preparation for the public, so she didn't advertise timeshare cancellation and received cases from third parties to assist them with exiting clients, well the third party are sales companies and what they were telling the clients in their sales pitch contradicted what Diana services consisted of.
LESSON LEARNED!!!!!
now she does her own sales and advertising and has 100% complete control of what is told to potential clients.
