As we stand on the threshold of a new year, let's meditate on the powerful promise in Isaiah 43:18-19:

Good Morning, Monday!

Woke up today with a heart full of gratitude. There's something so refreshing about starting the week with the ones we love, and I couldn't be more thankful for the simple yet beautiful moments that bring joy to my life.

This morning, I shared a peaceful breakfast with my husband—a little reminder of how precious time together truly is. Afterward, I spent quiet moments in my personal devotion, reflecting on God’s moral uprightness and aligning my spirit to live with integrity and of good reputation.

I’m especially thankful for the time freedom I have right now, a gift that allows me to cherish these meaningful experiences without feeling rushed. It's moments like these that remind me why I embarked on this journey in the first place.

Let’s step into this week with purpose and positivity!

The more I focus on what I have to be thankful for, the more I notice blessings showing up in unexpected ways.

When you do good, kindness often finds its way back to you – and today, we experienced just that! 🌟

I had planned to join Ms. Evelyn and Pam for lunch today since I missed their company during last Monday’s sponsored Christmas feast at work, as it was my day off.

The three of us make a great team! Before Pam comes in to work on the bread, Ms. Evelyn and I always make it a habit to pull the racks of dough so the proofing process can begin, ensuring everything is ready for baking when Pam arrives.

Little did we know that Pam had a surprise in store for us – a delicious lunch treat as an early Christmas gift! 🥰 She even shared that this will be a new tradition moving forward.

A heartfelt thank you to Pam for this thoughtful gesture. Moments like these remind us how small acts of kindness can strengthen bonds and make our work environment feel like a true family. ❤️

Our workplace isn’t just about tasks and deadlines; it’s about supporting each other, sharing joy, and building connections that uplift us all. Grateful for the shared meals, the laughter, and the teamwork that keeps us strong. 💼🤝

𝑺𝙪𝒏𝙙𝒂𝙮 𝙍𝒆𝙛𝒍𝙚𝒄𝙩𝒊𝙤𝒏 𝒂𝙣𝒅 𝑮𝙧𝒂𝙩𝒊𝙩𝒖𝙙𝒆

Grateful for a Blessed Sunday!

After finishing my caregiving work, I picked up my husband, and we headed to church.

Pastor Scott delivered a powerful message based on Romans 3:9-18, helping us uncover the depth of our sinfulness so we can fully grasp Christ’s worthiness and the incredible gift of His grace. It was a humbling reminder that as sinners, we are unworthy before a holy God. Yet, through the cleansing blood of Christ, we are redeemed.

To further illustrate mankind’s sinfulness, Pastor Scott referenced David's prayer of repentance in Psalm 51:1-2 (ESV) after the prophet Nathan rebuked him of his sin of murder and adultery:

This passage highlights the progressive nature of sin:

Sin (Chatta'ah): Missing the mark
Transgression (Pesha): Willful rebellion
Iniquity (Avohn): Twisted perversion

But amidst the reality of sin, we’re reminded of God’s abundant grace through Romans 5:17 (ESV):

After the service, we enjoyed a delicious meal at Olive Garden, partially covered by a gift card—such a treat! Then, we headed to Dollar Tree to pick up supplies for the games at our FBSG Christmas Party.

Later in the day, I joined a meeting for my online business, where we received invaluable mentorship and heard an inspiring story of resilience from Coach Claudine in the UK. Her journey was truly uplifting!

By 5:45 PM, it was time to resume my caregiving duties. The 40-minute drive gave me an opportunity to listen to a replay of Saturday’s Zoom session, which offered helpful insights on engaging with leads and overcoming distractions and doubts.

It was a full and fulfilling day, and I’m so thankful for the strength and blessings God continues to provide! ❤️🙌🙏
