As we seem to be RACING through the 3rd quarter of the year already (how can that be???), I want to suggest using some of your regular PAUSE practice to focus on reflection.

If we are going to effectively use Q4 as a planning time for the next year, then Q3 needs to be some in-depth reflection, right?

What are the areas in your business, that you would like to reflect on most? What will you be purposeful in setting aside time in order to reflect upon?
