* Coffee + early emails before 8
* Showings across 3 different parts of Knoxville
* A deal that almost fell apart… and didn’t
* Quick stop at a local spot in between appointments
* Back home answering texts at night

Real estate isn’t just homes… it’s people, timing, emotions, and a lot happening behind the scenes.
Grateful I get to do this here in Knoxville.
