Coordinating/ Consulting Package
This package is for the couple who wants to help with the planning but will do the “legwork” themselves. This gives professional guidance along the way but allows the couple to execute the details the day of themselves. This package includes, but is not limited to:
• Work with a planning expert and organizer who will give advise regarding what to do and how to prevent the couple from becoming overwhelmed. A detailed monthly calendar will be provided for the couple.
• Assist the couple in choosing the best vendors (Ex: photographer, cake, designer, music, venue, catering, florist, hotel site…etc…) for their budget.
• Help the couple understand costs and services and professional lingo with vendors/contracts.
• Be available to answer any questions along the way.
• Advise the couple regarding proper wedding etiquette that can be followed.
• Be an independent third party who can be a problem solver.
This Coordinating/Consulting package includes unlimited phone calls and emails. Meetings can be scheduled as needed throughout the planning process. Each wedding is different and every couple has different desires which is why we customize the package to suit your needs.
