A little back story on us. About 20 years ago my father started a screen printing business in his basement as a hobby, that quickly overtook an extended two car garage as well. He did this all while working a full time job. Night and weekends spent in the garage printing shirts for companies or for benefits and one job of over 5000 shirts that shipped globally. It turned into a family affair with my sister helping and my step mother in the shop and going to shows and festivals with him selling shirts and flags on weekends. While I did not get as involved as I now wish I had I did pick up some of the knowledge along the way before he shut down the business to retire a few years ago. Now I am attempting to do the same thing and slowly start a printing business of my own. As technology has grown we are learning new ways to stay relevant. This is not the same as heat transfers and for that reason it really isn’t fiscally reasonable to do just one or two shirts typically but sometimes the job is worth it!
