The garden is starting to overflow with flowers again and I spent hours over the weekend picking little bits and bobs of the most beautiful things I could find on the farm. The upside to all of the rain and cool temps is that the permanent plantings like the trees, hedges, meadow and perennials are all thriving and loving this wet weather. After last years incredibly hot, dry spring, it’s amazing to not have had to turn on the irrigation once yet this season. I was so caught up in the moment while making this little shelf I didn’t write down a single variety-sorry about that. I’ll try and figure out what everything is later today.
