As companies grow, things get harder, decisions slow down, accountability gets inconsistent, culture starts to drift. Most of the time, it comes back to unclear roles, ownership, and expectations.

Your team is always learning from you, even when you’re not trying to teach anything. Your follow-up, your consistency, what you address, what you ignore… it all adds up.
