Last year, our CEO, Dr. Mechelle Roberthon, was fortunate to serve as the closing keynote speaker for LSU's HR Professional Day. This year, she is happy to return and open the event.

Dr. Rob will present The Human Side of Change. She’ll unpack how change messages make their way from the executive team to the front line, what employees are responsible for during a change, how organizations can respond when implementation hits a few road hazards, and why psychological safety matters when people need to ask questions, share concerns, or speak up.

Workplace change can be well planned and still go sideways once people are involved. This session is about what leaders, managers, and employees can do to keep the change moving without ignoring the people expected to carry it out.
