This project reminded me why I truly love the work we do at Hawkins Strategy Group.

What started as an employment application packet evolved into something much greater — a fully structured healthcare onboarding and compliance system designed specifically for a growing non-medical home healthcare and transportation agency here in Louisiana.

From HR onboarding workflows and compliance acknowledgments to transportation safety documentation, credential tracking, HIPAA protections, payroll onboarding, and operational structure — every detail was intentionally developed to help support scalability, professionalism, organization, and long-term growth.
