I’m Lovin my new garage floors
Before and after

10/21/2025

I got so tired of those cubbies and open shelves that I had to do something about it. So this is my latest DIY project.
First I painted the wall. Once the wall dried I installed the strip lights. Then I bought bookcases and cabinets from IKEA and put them together. Then I bought a wall mount holder for the soundbar and of course purple cubbies and baskets and binders. Now I have a more clean-lined entertainment space for the daycare 💜💜💜
My son-in-law cut the baseboards at the bottom so the units fit perfectly. (I’m too old for that now, lol). I feel so much more organized and productive every day!

Was so tired of feeling all exposed so I finally put up barn doors to close off the space from my bedroom to my bathroom last week. Much better!

Medicine cabinet upgrade
Took about 45 minutes. The old one had rusted. So out with the old and in with the new.
