My life has been transformed by the powerful principals and messages from great inspirational leaders such as Dr. Stephen R. Covey, Author of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Mike Dooley, Co-Author of The Secret and Author of Infinite Possibilities. I spent many years thinking it must be my job, it must be my spouse, it

must be motherhood, it must be my body, it must be this or it must be that causing my feelings of dissatisfaction. So I tried to change all of these “things” without changing my thoughts and my internal paradigms. I was suffering from personal failure, as opposed to living with personal victory. Over the years I have struggled with anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I could have become a victim to these “symptoms” from life’s challenges. Instead, I have clawed my way down many daunting paths until I reached the light, my internal light. Now it is my turn to coach other’s how to see that they too have the power and strength to overcome, grow and become the people that destiny has called them to be. I have been an Educator for 17 years. Over the course of the last 17 years, I have also become a Facilitator, Trainer/Life Coach, Brain Trainer, Director, Wedding Officiant and even a certified Pastry Chef. (Now that last career is a yummy story!)

I began my journey of Life Coaching/Mentoring/Training adults about 9 years ago. However, this is who I have been for my students, friends and family since my adolescence. It is my calling, my passion and truly makes me come alive. My place on Earth is to LEAD you to your full potential and support you in no longer settling for less than you dream of. My ultimate goal is to provide you with clarity and confidence by leading you to the answers you already have within you. Together we will create a path of transformation that will propel you to your goals and dreams. I will guide you to rediscover gifts within you, helping you overcome any limiting beliefs you might be trapped by. You have an infinite amount of power and light inside of you that can overcome life’s greatest obstacles and can lead you to become who you’ve dreamed of being.
